Happy spooky season everybody! Get excited and don't be scared because today I'm sharing our spooky yet simple Halloween front porch and entry way.
As Halloween approaches, it’s easy to get swept up in the excitement of all things spooky and festive. But this year, I’m embracing a more intentional approach to decorating—keeping things simple yet impactful. Instead of decking out the whole house or going overboard with decorations, I'm focusing on pieces that strike the perfect balance between spooky and stylish. By waiting a bit longer and thoughtfully selecting a few statement pieces, you can create a welcoming atmosphere that feels festive without overwhelming your space. Here’s how to achieve a subtle yet spooky look for Halloween that’s just the right amount of eerie.

There's something about a classic orange pumpkin that just screams Halloween to me. I love the mix of orange and white pumpkins and since I have the faux skeleton and crows, I wanted to use real pumpkins so it would feel a bit more authentic.
I draped some spooky gauze from Joann's around the corbels and then used that tension rod trick to hang this other gauze I found on Amazon.

Keeping with the simple creepy crow theme, I added three of them to the tablescape of the entry way and switched out my orchid to these gorgeous yellow/orange faux Dogwood botanicals from Pottery barn.

How cute is this little dude poking around the corner?!

I hope you enjoyed and got some inspiration; I had a lot of fun decorating this year, especially the front porch. I can't wait to see all the little trick-or-treaters come over on Halloween!
And next week on the blog, I'll be sharing some insights I had while decorating for Halloween this year along with some tips & tricks I want to share. So, stay tuned for that... and Happy Haunting muahahahahaha!
